Card Factory CEO to headline BRC Future Leaders Lecture

Card Factory’s CEO, Karen Hubbard, will be the keynote speaker at this year’s BRC Future Leaders Lecture – which takes place at 30 Euston Square, London, on 31st January.

Since taking the helm 12 months ago, Hubbard has steered Card Factory to three consecutive quarters of growth. Sales increased by 4.4% over her first nine months in the role, accompanied by an aggressive store opening programme.

Hubbard shows no signs of slowing down in 2017, with customer experience now top of her priority list.

“I’m going to keep listening and working closely with all our colleagues to better understand the opportunities open to us and to make Card Factory an even better place to work,” she told Retail Week in a recent interview. “If we do that, it will make us a better place for our customers to shop.”

The Future Retail Leaders event is free to BRC members. Tickets cost £99 for members and associate members, and £299 for industry service providers.
